Young Barley Leaf
Origin / Kumamoto and Oita, Japan
Nutrients / Our Young Barley Leaf has nearly twice as much iron as kale, five times more Vitamin C than spinach, 10 times more calcium than milk, and more dietary fiber than broccoli or spinach.
Persistence / While it may seem counterproductive, Kumamoto and Oita’s drastically changing climates actually benefit the taste and nutritional value of Young Barley Leaf for a quality that is truly unparalleled.
Origin / Yakushima Island, Japan
Nutrients / Ashitaba provides five times more dietary fiber than lettuce, five times more Vitamin E than carrots, and more beta-carotene and calcium than spinach. It also contains chalcone, a powerful and valuable polyphenol.
Persistence / Adopted by UNESCO’s World Heritage Centre, Yakushima Island exhibits a rich flora of 1,900 species and subspecies. Due to the uniquely warm temperatures of the ancient forests that inhabit this region, the nutrient-rich soil allows for Ashitaba plants to grow as tall at 6.6 inches in height.
Origin / Kumamoto, Japan
Nutrients / Matcha is rich in polyphenols, folic acids, and amino acids.
Persistence / We carefully millstone-grind our Matcha to enhance the taste and eliminate reductive flavors. Our arduous method involves hand-picking raw green tea leaves to ensure superior quality control.
Origin / Kagoshima, Japan
Nutrients / Our Sencha is loaded with catechin and folic acids.
Persistence / Sencha from Kagoshima is renowned for being one of the highest quality teas in Japan due to its nutrient-rich soil and sunlight.
Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) are one of our prebiotic ingredients that give our special Aojiru blend a delectably sweet taste. They are naturally found in many nutritious vegetables including chicory root, onions, and asparagus.
Enzymatically Modified Isoquercitrin
