What ingredients are included in Kiwami Greens, other than Young barley leaf, Ashitaba, Matcha, Sencha, FOS and EMIQ?

The following ingredients are also included - Maltitol (which is blended in order to make Kiwami Greens a granule by blending various ingredients), Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum (a dietary fiber which is made from beans), L-Ascorbic Acid (commonly known as Vitamin C) and also Sodium Metaphosphate are blended to prevent oxidation.

How many calories per packet?

There are 15 calories per serving (packet)

What is the suggested method of consumption?

Kiwami Greens dissolves easily, so add to approx. 5 fl oz of water or milk. You can also try mixing it with your favorite beverage, smoothie or yogurt.

The powder is precipitated at the bottom of the cup over time. Can we still drink?

Yes, of course. Please enjoy after stirring as it will dissolve easily.

Can my children enjoy Kiwami Greens?

Yes, but if you have any concerns, we recommend that you consult your physicians before use.

Does Kiwami Greens need to be refrigerated?

It doesn’t have to be kept refrigerated. Avoid storing under high temperature, high humidity, or direct sunlight. It is best enjoyed shortly after opening.

Is Kiwami Greens sold in Japan?

We began selling in 2004, under the name of “Kiwami no Aojiru”. Since its release, it has been very popular and sold over 100 million cups (converted to 1 packet).

Can Kiwami Greens be purchased in stores?

Currently Kiwami Greens is not sold in stores. The product can be purchased through our website and delivered to your door without hassle.

Can I use Kiwami Greens if I have any food sensitivities or allergies?

Make sure you read the list of ingredients and consult your physician before use.

How much is the shipping fee? How long does it take to deliver?

Shipping fees vary on the number of boxes per order and preferred shipping method. We offer free shipping for Subscription orders!

Order process typically takes 1 to 4 business days from the time of order and shipping depends on method selected.

Can I track my order?

You can track your order via the link provided on the shipping confirmation email.

Can I request a specific delivery date?

Unfortunately at this time, we are not scheduling orders to be delivered on specific dates.

Can you send to a PO box or military address?

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to ship to a PO Box or military address.

Can I change my shipping address after the order is shipped?

Do you offer gift wrapping and/or gift messaging?

We currently don't not offer these services. But Kiwami Greens does come neatly packaged, so it is great as a gift!

What is your cancellation policy? How can I cancel my order?

All sales are final due to the nature of the product.

What is your exchange policy?

All sales are final. We accept cancellations only when the product is defective. In that case, please have your name, address and email address ready - contact our customer service (1-888-786-8679).

I made a mistake with my order. How can I modify it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate change in your order after the order is shipped. Please review all information carefully before placing your order.

I received the package, but it looks defected - what do I do?

How do I cancel/pause my subscription plan?

You can modify your plan from My Account. Please make sure you make your modification 10 days or more prior to your next scheduled delivery date.

I placed a non-subscription order and would like to sign up for the subscription service. What should I do?

Please place a new order and select the subscription option.

How do I modify my subscription plan?

You can modify your plan through My Account, but please note that any information cannot be modified once the package is shipped.

I inadvertently signed up for the subscription service. Can I cancel it?

Welcome back! Please place a new order for the subscription.

Credit cards will be charged prior to the product being shipped.

What is the maximum quantity I can order?

The maximum quantity you can order at one time for a single purchase box is 6 boxes and for the monthly subscription boxes will be 3 boxes.
